• Certified Full charge bookkeeping – on site or by remote services.
• Financial Reporting – prepared Monthly and Year-To-Date basis financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements, Budget vs. Actual Reports, Cash Flow Statements and Custom Reports for internal or external use.
• General Ledger Maintenance and Account Reconciliation – maintain your general ledger on monthly basis and reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, asset accounts, and liability accounts.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable – provide assistance to you or your staff with processing vendor invoices and vendor payments, processing client/customer invoicing and client/customer payments and maintain detailed accounts payable and accounts receivable records, including a filing system.
• Payroll Processing – processing payroll weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly for 1 to 150 employees, including tax deposits and filing.  Will also provide New Hire Reporting and e-Verify reporting for new employees.
• Year End – prepare end of year W-2 and 1099’s.
• QuickBooks – set-up, training, and consultations.
• Special projects – upon request.  (We can go back several years and catch up the bank and credit reconciliations for your company)  We specialize in locating errors within company books.  Auditing can be very time consuming for a small size business.  Allow us to review for accuracy and get your books in precise format for your tax filing.
